With backgrounds spanning filmmaking, nonprofit leadership, law enforcement collaboration, crisis response, and public policy, we bring both heart and precision to everything we do. From producing national awareness campaigns to crafting AI hotline systems and Safe Haven training kits, our team is committed to bold, collaborative, and measurable impact.

Joseph Charafi is a creative force and compassionate disruptor. By day, he serves as a Creative Producer on the Brand Marketing team at Wynn Las Vegas, and leads Charafi Entertainment, an independent film company dedicated to impactful storytelling. But his most personal and urgent work lives within the mission of the Stop the Traffic Foundation, which he founded in 2025 out of a deeply personal conviction.
Years ago, Joseph faced every parent’s nightmare: his son was taken illegally across state lines. It took months of legal battles, petitions across two states, and the mercy of a family court judge to bring his son home. That experience changed him forever. It made him ask:
“What about the children who don’t come back? What about the parents who never get that chance?”
When Joseph learned that Las Vegas ranks among the highest cities in the nation for child trafficking, the sickening reality demanded more than just awareness—it demanded action. He launched Stop the Traffic Foundation to merge film, advocacy, education, and technology into a movement that both exposes the truth and equips communities to fight back.
He doesn’t do this work because he has to.
He does it because he knows what it’s like to almost lose everything—
and because every child deserves to be found.

Jaymee Del Rosario-Tennell is a seasoned executive and strategist with over 15 years of experience leading innovation in aerospace, defense, satellite, and space manufacturing. With a degree in Strategic Leadership and a powerful track record of optimizing growth and operations, Jaymee has built a reputation for turning big visions into sustainable, high-impact results.
But her passion goes far beyond industry. A lifelong advocate for justice, community, and vulnerable populations, Jaymee now channels her leadership into the fight against child trafficking through her work with the Stop the Traffic Foundation.
As a board member, she brings not only strategic oversight but a deep personal commitment to helping children escape exploitation, leveraging her operational acumen, network, and heart for service to help grow the foundation’s impact across state lines.
She believes that business skills can—and should—fuel social change, and she’s helping prove it every day.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Jarrod Tennell is a UNLV Communication graduate with a passion for media and videography. With a deep-rooted faith as a Christian minister, Jarrod has dedicated his talents to serving large ministries, utilizing his expertise in media and communications to support their missions. His niche in media production allows him to create impactful visual content that drives change and spreads important messages. Now part of the STOP THE TRAFFIC FOUNDATION, Jarrod brings his skills to help raise awareness about human trafficking, leveraging his experience to amplify the foundation's voice and reach a broader audience.
