Our Commitment to Child Protection, Accountability, and Community Responsibility
In light of the recent release of news and documents related to the Epstein files, the Board of the Stop the Traffic Foundation believes it is necessary to address the matter openly and responsibly.
We recognize that this is an extremely difficult subject, both in severity and in scope. It is disturbing, painful, and deeply unsettling, particularly for survivors and families who have already endured unimaginable harm. These realities are not easy to confront, but silence is not aligned with who we are or why this Foundation exists.
While some organizations may choose to avoid this topic due to its complexity or political sensitivity, we will not shy away from difficult conversations when the safety and dignity of children are at stake. From day one, our mission has been clear: to protect children and to stand against exploitation, particularly here in our local community of Las Vegas.
We are aware that elements of the recently released materials reference individuals, locations, and activity connected to this city. We approach this awareness with caution, responsibility, and a commitment to facts, not speculation. Our focus is not political alignment or public pressure, but accountability, prevention, and protection.
Let us be unequivocal: anyone found to have participated in, enabled, or concealed the exploitation of children must be subject to the full force of justice. The Stop the Traffic Foundation will not associate with individuals, organizations, or funding sources that conflict with this principle. We are not here to accept donor money at the expense of our integrity. We are here to protect children.
As part of our ongoing work, our team continues to collaborate with trusted local partners and advocates to better understand how we can serve our community responsibly, through prevention efforts, survivor-centered safe spaces, and legislative engagement where appropriate.
We also invite members of our community who possess credible, relevant information to share it with us discreetly. Any information received will be handled with care and reviewed responsibly. This is not a call for public accusation, but a step toward awareness, accountability, and protection.
This work is far from over. We expect further discoveries, further questions, and continued discomfort. Still, we remain committed, one step at a time, to doing what we can, where we are, with integrity.
To survivors, families, and our community: we see you, we care deeply, and we are here for you. Awareness is not the end of the work, but it is the first step.
